What type of Payments do you accept?
A:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Paypal.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Credit cards are processed on our secure server. For your protection, you will need the CCV numbers located on your card to complete your order. Charges will show as mylittleem@comcast.net on your credit card statement.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS
If you choose to send payment using PayPal you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account. Through PayPal you will have the option of paying with your credit card OR with the option of withdrawing from your bank account. PayPal is the most convenient and secure way to pay online!

Is there sales tax?

Georgia residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Q: Shipping Options
How do you ship your orders?
A:
All orders ship via USPS First-Class-Mail for only the flat rate of $5.00 or Priority Mail is available for the flat rate of $7.50. International shipping will be quoted upon receipt of order.
Q: Shipping Insurance
Can I get my order insured?
A:
Little Em's Divine Hats cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or stolen shipments however we can insure your package for you. Just let us know in the comments section of your order and we will adjust the shipping charge to include insurance.
Q: Order Lead Time
How long will it take to ship my order?
A:
Orders ship within 1-3 days for finished product, 5-7 days for custom orders. Since each hat and headband is individually designed, if a large order is placed additional lead time will be quoted.
Q: Order Needed by a Specific Date
What if I need my order by a certain date?
A:
If you would like your order by a specific date, please be sure to let us know in the comments box when placing your order. Please keep in mind the order ship time above. We will do everything possible to accomodate you.

Q: Returns Policy
What is your Returns Policy?
A:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us within 10 business days for a full refund. However, the buyer will pay shipping. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please make sure that you have properly packaged your product to prevent damage during shipment back to us. If you have received a damaged item, please notify us by e-mail prior to returning it.
